Named after the 9 bars of pressure used to craft exceptional espresso, 9 Bar is built on precision, quality, and unforgettable coffee experiences.
Olivia grew up working in restaurants, where she fell in love with hospitality and creating genuine connections with people. After graduating college, she pursued a career in law enforcement, but realized her heart was still in the hospitality industry.
Johnny, a journeyman lineman, discovered specialty coffee through early mornings, long shifts, and storm calls, becoming passionate about crafting exceptional espresso at home.
Together, they've traveled across states and countries in search of memorable coffee experiences, and 9bar is the result of that journey — a mobile espresso bar built around quality, craftsmanship, and genuine customer service for every event.
